The technician was very nice and explained the situation. He didn’t do any work because I canceled the job due to the cost your company would charge me to replace a $20 switch. The cost would have been about $500. Including the diagnostic cost. That is absolutely ridiculous and seems to be bordering on highway robbery. I will not recommend your company to anyone and in fact will make it a point to dissuade anyone I know from using your company. I am shocked by how outrageous this experience has been.
