The technician was very nice and explained the situation. He didn’t do any work because I canceled the job due to the cost your company would charge me to replace a $20 switch. The cost would have been about $500. Including the diagnostic cost. That is absolutely ridiculous and seems to be bordering on highway robbery. I will not recommend your company to anyone and in fact will make it a point to dissuade anyone I know from using your company. I am shocked by how outrageous this experience has been.

Service was excellent. I do have one suggestion though. When giving times of arrival your times to me is gapped to wide. 2-4 hours are to me sufficient. Your occupying an entire day for your customers when it's not needed. I had to block off an entire day because arrival time was between 8-5. Repairman didn't arrive until after 12. All morning was wasted. Time to me should have been 12-4. But again overall services were excellent.

Complete scam, fraud,theft! Stay way! DO NOT PREPAY FOR A SERVICE REPAIR THEY DO NOT SHOW UP AND THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND ABOUT REFUNDING YOUR MONEY. Absolutely horrible!! Contacted BBB and attorney general

Felt RIPPED OFF. Repairman came in and based on what he was told, didn't have to diagnose anything. It was a simple switch needing replacement. The part was $80 and for 30 min repair he charged an additional $300 labor. Never again Sears and I'll NEVER Recommend you to anyone except to tell them to steer clear. The minimum labor charge, whether it takes 5 min, or 4 hours is $300.00 He took less 30 minutes. And please don't be fooled by the "response" to contact them. Even that is a scam. All you get is the ability to make another appointment. NEVER AGAIN
