Nice to talk to live person….The recordings Sears leaves instead of a live person is frustrating and it has taken 30 minutes or more to talk to a live person…..This will make me go to other companies in the future to do bussiness…3 generations of my family all military have used Sears. Sad to see the recordings that do not answer questions are not answered faster which a live person can answer within 5 minutes takes thirty minutes plus …due to the recordings for Sears.

Washing machine repair
Dwayne was great. He stuck with a difficult project and waited to be sure the washing machine was working properly. However, overall the Sears warranty service was horrible. It took over 4 months and 5 visits to finally get the machine fixed. We were terribly inconvenienced. It was difficult to communicate with the benefits department b/c I got a different person each time I called. I would give the overall experience a "0" out of 5
