Tim, was very helpful in this process. Very friendly and thorough with his work. He went over and beyond what I could have asked him to do to help speed my repair process up with the manufacture. He documented all issues and even called to have the issue documented with the company he was sent by. If you ever do need a technician in your home to make sure the issue at hand is getting resolved. Tim is your man. Thanks for all the help!

Lionest was very professional and changed another part on the washer. HOWEVER, THE WASHER STILL DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY!! Seems like no one can figure it out.
