I had no issue with the repair or the technician. The only issue I had was that after my parts came in, my repair appointment was pushed back 3 times and you are not able to talk to an actual person.

I do wish my fridge would have been googled before to let the tech know parts were no longer available for my fridge that is only 7 years old. This could have saved him a trip and me 131 bucks and the fridge is not fixable bc sears went bankrupt and cant get parts anymore. Skylar was very nice but shame on sears for not asking for the model number bf sending someone out. Although i guess that is how they make money is on service calls since they cannot get kenmore parts

The repair person was calm and did his best. Sears itself mispresented the company from the beginning. 1- giving a price for a consult and me asking if that was the final price and when the tech was here that was not true. 2- If you call for service be prepared to spend over 20 minutes hearing why you need the home warranty for 75 per month. 3- when you get through that then they want you to buy a service to have your ac fixed. 4-then the cost to repair a poorly put together product the service was 5 x the amount of the part.
