I am amazed at how effective and experienced, Mr. Loinest was! He found an unusual problem with my leaking LG washing machine, one he hadn't seen in his 20 years of experience, and he has a lot of LG experience! He problem solved it and double checked and tested and re-tested the repair. He looked over all the possible problems and found an additional but necessary maintenance item to make sure it wouldn't leak anymore. He took the time needed and told me all my options. I will request Mr. Loinest at Sears for any future appliance repair needs. He was polite, professionally friendly, and explained everything he was doing and thinking about. He even figured out a strange water banging knock sound that was coming from my hot water heater across the house but making noise in the laundry room. He told me to flush out the hot water heater annually to avoid problems. I was and am very impressed with the quality of the service. He was so thorough and as efficient as possible in getting the job done. Thank you, Mr. Loinest!
