The tech person was very courteous seem to know what he is doing. And was very helpful to me. The job was incomplete but no fault of his the contract people says they have to review it in order to approve ihe job. But I appreciate his patience.

This was the nicest man that’s ever come over to look at the refrigerator and I mean right off the bat. He diagnosed it and thank God because I’ve had eight other technicians come out here. Oh, I don’t hear any noise so I have to leave and go to my next call, he took the refrigerator apart. Said this is the problem right here. He called Conns and I’ve got a new refrigerator on the way probably after Thanksgiving.
