The technician was not rude or anything but the issue is still not resolved. Changed some parts it got hot for a bit the stopped. My dryer was damaged in the process and its nearly impossible to talk to somone. Not heating and making noise. So 1 week later and still not working.

Technician was nice but ineffective. My Bosch dishwasher was displaying an E15 error message indicating a leak that was accumulating at the bottom of the unit. He stayed for 1 hour and declared there was a leak. He did not find or repair the leak and charged us $129. We had to call a different company who actually took the time to find and repair the leak.

Too high on labor. Wanted$280 to change a $120 part. Crazy.. $417.00 total. You can buy a new dishwasher for that price.

My washer isn't fixed and not knowledgeable. Also when he finished with my washer he didn't put it back together and hid some parts he couldn't put back together.

The Technician looked at my washer, spun the drum with his hand (finger) and that's it did not do anything else, told me it's the transmission, boom $129.71 where's the service. Will not use this service again or recommend it to anyone!!!!!

Our original service tech quoted us $781 to repair a fridge. After 3 more service calls and providing our own wire for the final “repair” he stated that if he would have seen how bad the damage was on the FIRST visit he would have deemed it unrepairable. Two weeks with no fridge, $780 gone, and fighting with AI customer service for a full refund. Do not recommend sears.

0 stars would be more appropriate because Dwayne was no help. He was very combative, challenging every thing I said. He did not stay longer than 6 minutes. His solution to my problem was telling me im using the dry setting wrongly. I got so frustrated, I told him to leave. I had a technician that came a month ago and the experience was 10 times better. I was left feeling a victim of racism. Not a good feeling.
