Lionel didn’t seem knowledgeable,helpful or willing to do the job Definitely gouging the price he quoted for a plastic piece to be replaced on washer was ubsered $130 down the drain when I could have put that $ towards a new washer because what he quoted was that price With Nothing done and no good advice

Our technician replaced the defective part with the new part. This allowed the oven/microwave to work, however, as the oven is cooling, there is a. “ Grinding” Sound as if a fan blade is hitting something as it turns. We made the technician aware of the problem and have to reschedule him to repair that. When you call Sears appliance repair service on the phone, there’s no Possibility of talking to a person. All that One gets is virtual assistant, which Cannot answer slightly complicated questions. This limits your ability to Communicate your problem effectively to the company. We will NOT be calling Sears Appliance Repair again.

Technician originally came out to repair burner on stove and leaking dishwasher. After completing repairs on stove, there was a pot that was left over that was not reinstalled that I have no idea what it was for. When we tow the technician that the dishwasher is still leaking. He said that he did not have time to wait and see it that he had other customers and left. I would give the technician a grade of one for service that was performed.

Where to start. Visit #1 How about the fact that you can only get a window of 8am-5pm for service. (Have to miss a full day of work. To show up with no parts.) Visit #2 All parts ordered were not sent the first time ordered on visit #1 and some parts ordered new were used. (Now have to reorder parts for second time.) Visit #3 received appointment cancelation at 1:30pm saying the technician had to reschedule. This was on a Saturday. Visit #4 Parts that were on 2nd visit did not work. (Have to order new parts again.) Visit #5 New parts final arrive and fridge is fixed. (For how long who knows.) So after 4 visits 1 canceled appointment (5 missed days of work with no compensation) my ice makers finally seem to be working as they should. Not sure who is to blame with the parts issues but someone needs to do better!!! Also, the 9 hour wait/ window makes no damn sense!!! I missed 5 days of work for this issue that should have been fixed on visit #1 had the technician had replacement parts in his truck.

I give this experience 0.I understand that y'all charge to a fee of $119 to come out BUT a labor charge that added up to $134! And the problem was not fixed 😡Ok the technician could not find the part for my fridge so he made a suggestion on how to temporarily fix it until I can find the part but he never made an effort to help but still charged me for a labor fee!!! Didn't realize this until I seen my receipt.Now days every thing is all about money and trying to get over people.I bet this is the first and Last time I will ever deal with Sears technicians again.Big Mistake!!! 0 stars

I am not pleased with what he did or I should say what he didn’t do. He pushed a few buttons and said it was fine. I asked about a probe to check the temperature and he said it wasn’t necessary. I think he was anxious to get off work. For what he did I could have done. He was here for maybe 5 minutes
