Whenever the technician came out to look at my washer he looked at it and say he ordered the parts. Had to call and set up another appointment . When I finally got the date for them to come out. He came and didn't have the parts. It took two months to fix it. Very disappointed! Wouldn't recommend this company

The technician lied and stated I refused service. He never showed up. Go figure it's after 4 on Friday afternoon, you decide who's telling the truth.

I have had 2 follow up appointments scheduled to install delivered parts on a dryer. First no showed. Today they reported "they missed us" when I have cameras showing they never arrived. I have a third follow up appointment and if they actually show up I might delete this review. As of now, I'm very unhappy and would not recommend this company.

2 weeks ago I called Sears Home Service to have the seal replaced on my refrigerator door. I gave the model & serial numbers & requested that the repairman bring the part so a 2nd trip would not be required. I was told to also put that information on the appt site which I did. I also paid the $99 fee required. Today the repairman showed up with no gasket for the door and gave us an estimate for over $400 to replace the part, which by the way doesn’t require tools. In the time I waited for this appt I was called and emailed repeatedly by Sears reps trying to upsell me on service contracts and cleaning service on other appliances. I am done Sears.
