Holly did a good job. Very nice. Rated a 4 because problem wasn’t fixed first time by another sears technician and we waited around all Thurs only to get cancelled at 6 pm. Rescheduled to Friday and tech came around 630 pm. Holly was knowledgeable and professional. Don’t think the issues we had were due to her. She did a good job. Thanks.

A 12o.00 dollars for you to come out, a five dollar part and you want t 380ish. You really need to adjust your prices.Maybe you'd get more business.

Vaughn did a good job once he arrived. Texted that was on the way and showed up 1 1/2 hours later. Once he arrived he told me that he had to take a mandatory lunch break. It would have been nice to know this or at least when I got text would have been made aware of this. Also this was the third appointment to fix my ice maker. The first guy misdiagnosed as the ice maker. When the second guy got here he said it was the water valve. The price of the valve was less but they charged more labor to come back a third visit to fix. The third visit should have been free since they diagnosed it wrong. The second technician said that the first technician was not experienced and diagnosed it incorrectly. To be honest I don’t think I will use this service again.
