The technician arrived promptly and was a very nice man. Fortunately, or unfortunately, the refrigerator was working fine and the technician couldn’t fix it if it didn’t appear to have a problem. We’re following a few of his suggestions regarding loading the refrigerator, but it has always been loaded with full drawers for the past nearly six years. We’ll just have to wait and see what happens.
