The technician would get 5 stars because he did a great job on his part of fixing the problem but the whole process of getting to the point of his actually getting there to fix it was a nightmare to say the least. I will not be using Sears for appliance repairs in the future because of the system that in place to set up a repair. It took me 2 1/2 weeks and a lot of back and forth over the link that I had to use and the information they asked for on the link never got to the technician so there was a lot of confusion. 08/13/24 Received a response on this review with instructions on how to reach out to Sears repair because they wanted to help make my problems that I had better. Well they said to call a number but did not give any other details and when you call the number there is no option to choose that will get you any where for anyone to help you. Also they say to login to there website and they give you the login but no additional information so it only takes you to the place to schedule an appointment and not much else. So that really helped my problem.

He never showed up we stayed home all day your company is nothing but a scam my oven did not go out because of power surge I call light company no power surge out here plus we have surge protection on our house and it’s been over 8 weeks for you to do nothing

Sears warranty A&E Factory Services have been working on my refridge for over a year. I’m still without a fridge and won’t even come to check for parts so I could get it running before Christmas. But I’m still paying monthly warranty. Do not-Do not get caught up in this scam. They promised me a new fridge if they couldn’t repair mine. Not true!
