The tech Isaiah was very friendly and professional . He completed the job in a timely manner . He far superior than the 2 sears techs that came out previously and never did the repair . Sears needs more techs like Isaiah .

This technician knew what he was doing and what I need to get my refrigerator fixed. I’ve rated him five stars. However, the scheduling service of Sears is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. I wouldn’t even give them half a star. I can’t tell you how many times that they over scheduled their technician to the point by the time I’ve waited all day it’s after 7:00pm and I would get a rescheduled appointment. That would push me out 2-3 weeks. I started trying to get my ice maker fixed in August 2024. 6 ice makers later and more than 12 rescued appointments later they have finally fixed it.

Mr Ronald was polite and professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, whoever I talked to while setting up the appointment, got the info all wrong. It was my dryer that needed servicing not my washer. Mr Ronald suggested I reschedule and then he would be able to service the dryer. Thank you!
