The repairman came. Connected parts and said it was fixed but my fridge is not working still

Jerome was awful! Talked down to me, like he was disappointed there wasn't a man to talk to. Said it was shorted out by lizards, which when I called a real AC person they said no, it wasn't. It just needed a new capacitor. Asked me if he even tested the capacitor, which he didn't. I had even asked Jerome if it is the capacitor and it's not covered for some reason, do you have one and I'll pay? He said, Ma'am, I don't know if I do or not, but it just doesn't work like that. Said he was going to his truck to write a report and let me know and then drove off. Horrible person!

It was difficult to be satisfied with this service. The technician only removed five screws and used a thermometer gun to check the compressor temperature on the refrigerator. He quoted $1,380 for the compressor. Without performing any diagnosis, he stated that the remaining components were in good condition and refused to conduct any further inspection.

Lack of communication, poor people skills and just not very friendly. Also, not sure why it took 2 service calls to fix the problem. This was a home warranty claim. It ended up being a $1600 claim to change the blower motor.

I had an absolutely terrible experience today. I took an entire day off work (unpaid) because the service window was 8am-5pm. My technician (Bobby) showed up, looked at my washer for about 10 min and then went out to his truck for another 10 min. When the technician returned he informed me that when he tried to "call it in" they couldn't pull my claim and work order up and because of that he was leaving without fixing my washer. I asked Bobby for clarification, which he did not provide. He kept telling me it wasnt on his end, it was on my protection plan service's end. I promptly pulled up every confirmation email I had received with my claim number and order number attached to each one, begging Bobby to call his office again and double check because I could NOT take off another day of work unpaid in this economy. Bobby refused to call anyone or help me find a solution. He told me I would have to figure it out and left. I was forced to file another repair claim with the protection plan company and schedule another service day. When I finished, I called the repair company to ensure that they had all of the proper information this time and the representative I spoke with informed me that not only did they have the proper information for my next appointment, but she could also see all of the information for the appontment I had today, the one Bobby told me he didnt have the information for. I am so upset and disheartened by this entire experience. It was a company error or computer glitch and instead of helping me figure it out and make things right, I was told I was on my own. The fact that Bobby refused to even try calling his office back in front of me with all of the claim and order information is unacceptable, and I sincerely hope that nobody else has this terrible experience.

My repair appointment has been cancelled the day of 5x in a row. My refrigerator has not been working correctly since the first week of April. I’ve seen a technician one time and wouldn’t you know it, he ordered the wrong part. I haven’t seen anyone since. SEARS is the contracted vendor for Assurant who is the extended warranty provider for Samsung Care. At this point, I would never buy a Samsung product ever again if this is the kind of service you receive. Good luck speaking to human with Sears, everything is done through AI bots who cannot give any type of detail as to why the service appointments continue to get cancelled the day of.

All tech did on first visit was read the error code given ( I could do that ) … he did not try to do any diagnostics at all ordered a $9 part charged $300 labor came back 4 days later to try install the part and said guess that wasn’t the problem after all??? Saying may be the motherboard… now I am having to try get my $$ refunded and have to by new dryer …

Tech never showed or called So I don’t know how you want me to rate the service provided .. except that I have had complete shitty service with sears I have been trying to get my double oven repaired since before thanksgiving .. my appts keep getting cancelled and rescheduled and thought they were showing today … got an email and text saying tech was on the way but his name was michael not Donnie . No call no show
