I'd like to start off by saying I had absolutely no problem with the service tech. He was courteous & performed his job as directed. I'd like to finish by saying I will NEVER purchase any appliances from Sears again! We bought an upright frost free freezer from Sears 2 years ago. From day one it has never been frost free, due to a warped door preventing a proper seal. A claim was started in 2022 and a technician came out to verify my complaint. An entire door assembly was ordered at no cost to me. Fast forward 2 years later & still no door. We called Sears in hopes of getting the matter resolved. We were told it would be necessary to schedule another visit from a technician. The technician came out, diagnosed the same problem, then informed me that a replacement door is no longer available. Sears then had the audacity to bleed $131 out of me for this visit and informed me they are unable to resolve my issue. Thanks for a whole lot of nothing. That's the last dime Sears will ever see from me or my family. PS. I gave them 1 star because that's the only way to activate the post button.
