The tec was very nice and a pleasure to deal with, he made up for the type poor and rude service I got from the customer service team. Don’t try calling and expect to talk to a person or hit the #2 to be put on hold with call back, it won’t happen. There’s more issues but I’m not sure anyone cares. I will post my bad experience on facebook in hopes others won’t use the company.

Started out ok with Jerome coming and looking at our heater and saying we needed a breaker replaced. He said he would talk to Choice Warranty and let us know. He never got in touch but we got a message for a reaction Monday 12/8. I had to take the day off checking constantly for updates. They get later and later in the day when all of a sudden at 130 when Sears was supposed to be here I get a message they arrived. They never arrived and just didn’t show up no call no reason nothing. What is wrong with customer service???! Somehow when he wrote it up he described the issue as somehow being related to poor maintenance!!! IT WAS A BREAKER!!! Awful, inconsiderate, rude and uncaring.
