Jamal is absolutely the best technician I have ever welcomed into my home. I am certain he needs a raise. He is very supportive of Sears and represents the company with high regard and integrity. The technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable. It only took him a few minutes to know what was wrong and once the part came in and he was able to return, he had it installed in just a few minutes. He earned my trust.

Michael is very knowledgeable and professional.The oven is having an intermittent issue which could not be duplicated today. He gave me things to watch for next time it goes out.

Mike has been up to our house before he really knows how to get the job done and he's very very helpful and knowledgeable of his job he also helps with the apps that are needed which are difficult at times but Mike is able to pull through and things are seamless for him he's a great guy and a hard worker we need more people like this in our village
