His service was short of my expectation of repairing everything wrong l reported. A part was ordered with my hope that when it comes in, he will return to finish the work and repair everything that was not working.

Sears rescheduled three times which was very discouraging. Tech did a god job but we were not made a priority. My husband had to take off work only to be rescheduled, three times this happened. If you use there services, make sure you let them know that your time is just as valuable.

The technician diagnosed the issue with the refrigerator as a short in the thermostat, but I didnt see him use any electronics or meters to come to that conclusion. The thermostat it needed he rold me was no longer made for my model. $119+ tax is a bit much for just a service call.

The repair technician was polite and replaced the parts that Sears said needing replaced however, the issue is still unresolved and it thus a simple AI chat revealed the issue that sears missed.
