I had a appointment for 11/29/2025 and sat at my house from 8am to 5pm waiting on them to show up. And no one showed up, or called. Rescheduled to 12/01/2025 and at 3:00 they had to reschedule to 12/03/2025. Finally fixed it guess cause the guy that was fixing it said nothing but all right im done. That's it no thank you for using sears or anything I would never recommend any of the ones in Bossier city or shreveport to my worst enemy!!!

Over charged and had to finally install the part on our own because the technican that came out seriously took advantage of my dad who is 88 and in a wheelchair. I then wanted to speak to someone in a local office, imagine my disbelief at not finding an office at either office shown on google. No one should ever do business with a company that takes advantage of the elderly.

The repair man was here for 5 minutes and actually accomplished nothing except to explain to my 88 year old Dad how he could repair his freezer. Then charged him $760. Then we are unsure wether he is coming back Wednesday or not although an appt has been rescheluded...please feel free to respond to this, I would love to hear any explanation you are willing to give...I need answers.

A Sears technician came to the house to check on a refrigerator that has stopped freezing or cooling. The technician examined the refrigerator. He said he could not find anything wrong. I was charged $141.38. The refrigerator is still not freezing or cooling.

Call on 9/11/25 for refrigerator repair. Tech came out and told us we needed certain parts for repair and that they had to be ordered. 2nd appointment was scheduled for 9/26/25. I just happened to check for appointment on 9/25/25 and seen my appointment was rescheduled for 10/3/25. After battling with online chat to get an answer as to why appointment was rescheduled I was told my parts had not shipped then told one part was not available and they were trying to get it. I then cancelled the appointment and asked for a refund for $714 which I had to pay for parts and labor I haven’t received.

Horrible technician, didn’t address who he was came in an unmarked white Van! Wasn’t here 10 minutes and asked to use my. Bathroom, and didn’t FLUSH!!!!! A complete JERK all the way around!!! Will never use SEARS again!! I will tell everyone! Didn’t have the part to fix either {Water Valve} unbelievable!!!!!!!!

Washer couldn’t be fixed due to its age, and the warranty will not cover for a new one, when sears said it would, just a very horrible experience

Repairman lied and said he came to my residence and never showed up. This was done deliberately so that I would have to reschedule my appointment. I was told four different times and I waited all day from 8-6pm. After the last call asking him why he submitted that he came to my house I was told to call my warranty and reschedule. I requested a call from a supervisor which I did not receive and ultimately the technician blocked my calls. Fast forward I am now in the process of resubmitting another service request and I prefer the company not be Sears.The service was to repair my dryer.

Over charge, didn't give information on what it would have taken to fix the problem. Didn't show any pictures of issue. He didn't want to be there, he never call the contact person, so they could be at the house to assist the problem. Wouldn't never tell anyone to use this service!!!
