Tech came out before the parts weren't available so he ordered the parts and returned today to complete the fix. He was courteous, respectful, and experienced. Did the job and asked to inspect, I was very satisfied, very good job. Jamal was the epitome of professionalism. If you get the chance to request this young man he did me right.
