My refrigerator estimate from your 1st repair person was over '1,100. He was asked to include the diagnosis for parts failure while he was here. (I read this detail to him from my warranty company required to approve the repair. So, I requested again a repair person to supply the required diagnosis for parts failure so I could get the OK to repair. The estimate was about $469 and the only way to get that info was by paying for and getting repair completed. I am praying I get reimbursed by my warranty company because I could not go any longer without a refrigerator; it had not worked for 3+ weeks.

My technician was outstanding! Made his repair with knowledge and professionalism. The schedulers, however, left much to be desired! What should have taken a week from start to finish wound up finally being done after a solid month! Too much dependence on technology with absolutely no human follow-up. After the years of reputation and customer service Sears built up I certainly would have expected more from them! Shame on you, Sears Appliances repair! Once again, I could not have asked for a finer technician!

Im very unhappy with what I paid. I paid $604.53 for my repair, parts and labor with no breakdown. Today when repIr was done, i got the receipt with a breakdiwn. I was charged $350 for labor on a job for which he was at my residence for less than 30 minutes start to finish. That's 700 an hour which is absolutely unacceptable. I really think I'm due a refund of at least 250. 100 is still too much fir 30 minutes of work
