Tech was great. The company ,formerly Sears, I have repair contract with is terrible. We reported the broken dishwasher June 5 2024. Repair was finally completed July 16. I paid $1,800 for a 5 year repair contract. I wish I had my money refunded. Technician turned on and left. The dishwasher never completed the cycle and now it will not start. We have been dealing with this since June 5, 2024.
