Tech came with time frame,diagnosed low water pressure suggested I call a plumber. This was under warranty from Lowe's, no money was discussed

I had several appointments and nobody came or they just sent a new appointment. The man that came was unprofessional, rude, and had little knowledge of the issue.

Technician might have experience but come in home doesn't say speak.. no hello I,m your technician here to fix your appliance..his attitude was not to my liking. Which means I didn't care for his professionalism just let the water run all over kitchen washroom floor,,never asked for towels to put down catch water..then he canceled 1st.. appointment when he did show up still didn't get refrigerator fixed another week, waiting on parts..šŸ˜•ā˜¹ļø

Pretty bad experience all around. The technician Darrel was not friendly or communicative AT ALL. Didn’t order the part originally so when he came by 2 weeks after diagnostic appointment the part had not arrived. I didn’t even know the part was being delivered to my house because, again, no communication. We had to reschedule the appointment and I had to take off work AGAIN. When the part arrived he came back over and did manage to fix my refrigerator so I guess I’ll give 2 stars. This was the first and most definitely the last time I’ll use Sears.

He did not turn all of my breakers back on. I thought my light over the sink went out. Then we realized plugs weren't working. We had to go flip breakers.

The technician was good my problem is with the price. $663.00 for a part that cost $24.00 and he was here less than an hour

Sears sent an inexperienced person look at my dryer. He gave me the wrong diagnostic. I paid in full and set up for The technician to come out. He replaced the part but couldn’t get the dryer to turn back on. After talking to his supervisor, they informed me that it was another part broken on the dryer, which was going to cost me hundreds to repair. I do not recommend this place.

The technician refused to come on-site and take a look at the problem to assess the situation; he stated he could not fix the problem and his attitude was terrible and challenging and treating the customer as an ignorant raising his tone. Over the top of this, Sears closes the ticket and sends a completion receipt of service when the technician didn’t even show up. A formal complain will be issued towards technician…
