He came out replaced a part and gave no other instructions as left the old part and my ice maker is still not working. This was the 3d he came out and the first 2 times he never spoke. He did this time but we still have the same problem. Now if it cannot be fixed then it should be replaced since that is what we paid for So we had another appointment today 5 February 2015 between 8-5. At approximately 2:10 we received a text message say this appointment has been changed to the 10 of February. No courtesy call. No asking of that was okay. Now I think that they are hoping we cancel and just deal with this issue. We are not. This services is not doing a good job right now.

Booked and paid $100 June 6th and after several rescheduled appts due to system/agent error or inadequacy a repairman came to my door with 0 personality... did not speak upon entering but asked if I had a refrigerator to repair. I said "Good morning"and he acted as if I annoyed him, but spoke back. He asked again about "a refrigerator and I informed him it was the ice maker. We got to the kitchen and after he pulled to old filter out, he asked if I had a new one. He pulled up a pic of the filter on his device but it did not match what I found in my search. I asked if he had time for me to get one and he replied yes. However, 15 minutes after he arrived, while I was attempting to locate the filter he informed me he was done here. I asked if he was leaving without installing the filter. He replied, "Yes" and walked out.

Very rude CSR, he was rude when he called me, not knowledgeable of what was going on with the parts, text sent @ 719am & called @ 930am “we r headed your way”. I am so disappointed in the service & customer service offered u see this Home Warranty.

Provider provided no service. Between scheduling online for a Maytag Washer and then deciding on my appointment time it was changed to a Apothic Refrigerator. I called, the phone number directs me back to the website. I leave a message and cancel the appointment. No one responds. They call MY HUSBAND'S (phone out of state and not the main number) the next week to still follow through with the appointment. Two weeks later they text me again to confirm NEW appointment. I confirm, because no details are on WHAT the scheduled appointment is for. No one calls on their way. He randomly shows up at 3, very professionally says, " I'm here to fix your fridge." Nope I scheduled an appointment for a washer. "Not a fridge" Nope "ok have a good day". There needs to be a person somewhere along the lines of communication that listens to the messages or responds to the cancellations. Extremely unorganized and I don't feel like paying $100 again for them to screw it up again. I'd like to talk to a real person who can tell me exactly what is going on.

Very VERY disappointed!! Waited around ALL day for them to show up .. then towards the end of the day I get 3 strange emails will ALL of my info on it (name, address, phone#) but someone else’s signature on a repair contract… ummm what??? Then they rescheduled my appointment (for the other customers repairs) . All I know is I better not get charged . Man I haven’t been this mad in a long time!!!!
