It took three months to get a repair technician out to do 30 minutes work, not Sears fault I don't think but Frigidaires fault. The repair technician was great. Frigidaire is not adding customers to it's customer base by giving such poor service on in warranty products in particular. I may never buy one again, Frigidaire should be better than this. Get rid of the AI and get some real people based on the USA. This was in warranty repair.

He arrived shortly after estimated arrival and replaced with all parts that had been sent and tested it and said it should take care of all the issues I have had. At this point I think would have been cheaper to just have replaced washer with a new one….
