The technician came at the time he said he would, he went right to work, finding the problem with my washer and was very courteous and shared information. He did an excellent job and I would recommend him highly. If I need to call a repair man for my appliances I hope he is the one who comes.

This technician is excellent. I appreciate his communication, he actually keeps you informed like the Sears website and recorded messages say they will. He also walks you through what he’s doing and why. He checks his work before leaving…But most of all, he is honest in managing the customer’s expectations.
