Steve our technician was Great! Very polite and knowledgeable. Took precautions as to not scratch our floor when he needed to move the dishwasher out. He quickly Diagnosed the problem. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

The technician came at the time he said he would, he went right to work, finding the problem with my washer and was very courteous and shared information. He did an excellent job and I would recommend him highly. If I need to call a repair man for my appliances I hope he is the one who comes.
