Jon was very professional as well as amicable during our service visit. Diagnosed our problem and even made adjustments for our water flow to assure we were getting the appropriate pressure for our ice machine. Can't wait to see it working again!

Almost did not come to appointment after i waited two weeks... because my unit is on my flat roof, one story garage accessible via my bedroom window. This company needs to contact customer as soon as appointment is made in order to ascertain all the details if they are picky about location of heat pump unit. Please don't wait until the day of appointment and not want to show up after the customer has waited two weeks. I was lucky to talk them into it. Once here it took about 30 minutes and repair was complete.

You’re phone systems and the difficulty of getting ahold of a human being is AWFUL. The only redeeming factor is the local repairmen, David, that was assigned to our issue. He was professional, clean and informative. Hire more “David’s”. Maybe even a crew of David’s to redesign and run your call center.
