He put my broken washer in diagnostic mode, but didn’t solve the diagnosis and left.

The repair man was a very nice man, the first time he showed up, he ordered the part that was needed and was supposed to be in there a few days later and come to find out the part was lost or the order I should say never heard from them until I called or text Sears again. The part was ordered and we finally got it, Dave was supposed to be here, but his truck broke down and he installed the new part today and it still don’t work. We put towels in a washcloth in the first load after Dave left and The towels were not dried properly, they were still damp. Here is a video of the sound that was coming from the dryer as those towels
