The service technician Steven, knew what the problem was just from listening to the gas oven once we turned it on. He verified the issue and then disclosed a fix. Buy a new gas Rang, because the parts to fix it are no longer available and not in stock. Appears that most appliances last only 5-6 years before they are in need of some repair. After we buy a new gas range we will possibly be enrolling in their maintenance program to check all our appliances.

While I can not say I like dealing with an “AI Assistant”, scheduling was fairly easy and I was thankful that I could get someone to come out to address a potential freezer issue within a 24 hour period. John was my technician who kept me informed on his whereabouts. Upon arrival, he was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Satisfied with results and would use this service again.
