Our repair guy was great! Unfortunately the machine isn’t repairable because Bosch no longer makes the needed part. That’s what’s annoying.

Technican seemed knowledgeable. He answered my questions & explained my concerns in a way that could be understood. He was here less than 30 minutes. Sears should offer a discount if the visit is 30 minutes or less.

My microwave wouldn't heat. The service was booked through my home warranty. (I use American Home Sheild) They figured out the problem in the first visit. Ordered the parts and fixed it in the second visit. Very kind and polite service. They even slipped on shoe covers when they came in to work. They tested it before they left to be sure it was heating. So happy to have a working microwave again. 🥰
