Phillip was great. Only issue with sears is that they over schedule their techs, but overall I have been very happy with them.

Jonathon was excellent. He showed up on time. He fixed the refrigerator. I HIGHLY COMMEND MY TECHNICIAN WHO IS A LOCAL WORKER!!! That said... ...communications with the people answering the phones at the 1-800 number with Sears was EXTREMELY POOR. Apart from scheduling the appointment and being friendly, NOTHING of what they assured me panned out. They assured me the technician would initially CALL and NOT TEXT ME, as per my request, as I am unable to text. The technician texted. They assured me that he would have all of the product info I sent - refrigerator serial number, model number, etc. He received none of this. They assured me that they would ensure that I would not be required to respond to any texts sent by Sears. Sears texted me, threatening to cancel my appointment unless I texted Sears back with a confirmation; I had to call Sears AGAIN to confirm what Sears had already confirmed by e-mail. Sears called with an automated message to tell me my appointment was re-scheduled for the following day. ETC. ETC. ETC. The customer service communications was an absolute nightmare and I would strongly discourage anyone else from getting drawn into this quagmire of unprofessionally-executed automation gone crazy.

Examined and explained about how Heat Pumps work. Adjusted the defrosting frequency. Seemed very knowledgeable. Went about his work professionally. Was friendly
