Tech saw problem, ordered parts. Parts arrived, Tech installed parts. Great service, right? From Tech, great service, from parts dept. not so much. Parts arrival took too long. Also one part came in and two days later another came. Process took a week. Parts dept. needs to up their game a bit. Tech did a great job!!
