David was on time,. friendly, very knowledgeable and removed the drum and showed me how clean the dryer was and said the washer was in even better shape. Really appreciate how thorough and experienced he was!!!

Johnny was very personable and very efficient. He was here when he said he would be. My only problem is the ice maker he came to fix is still not working and the freezer is not at the temp that it's set for. I'll have to call my "wonderful" home warrantee company to get him to come back.
