The technician was in and out quickly. I told him what I thought was wrong, he said he couldn’t get that part anymore. I was very disappointed in this service call. I had another service call for my washer and am still having the same problem.

This place is a scam. We had an appointment. They ghosted us after we waited all day. Meanwhile, we were getting sales calls from their home warranty division. Looks like they only wanted our contact info to sell us stuff and to sell to others.

I was given an arrival time of 12:01 PM and no one showed up. After 30 minutes I called and they said they escalated the issue and still no one came. I waited another one hour and called again and was told the same thing. Five hours later, and they still have not arrived and have not given me any ETA. I would never use this company again they wasted an entire day.

Not satisfied at all and request a full refund. The ice maker part was replaced & paid for, but technician could not connect ice maker to water line. I got the refrigerator connected to the water line and water flowing correctly, but still no ice from the ice maker.

Our refrigerator went out for 4 hours the Tuesday night before thanksgiving. We were heading out of town Wednesday evening after work and were to be gone for 4 days. The refrigerator turned back on, but we had already sent a repair request to our home warranty, who dispatched sears. The sears technician was sent out Wednesday (thank goodness—we wanted it at least looked at before we left so that we wouldn’t have to worry about all of our food and some refrigerated medications spoiling while we were gone!). He called my phone while at work and I explained to him the situation. We had children at home and a babysitter, which I also told him. I even told him the sitter’s name. He said, “No problem, I’ll take a look at it for you,” and we hung up. When I got home, and my wife got home, I asked if she heard anything about the refrigerator. Well, the technician also spoke to my wife on the phone and absolutely refused to go look at our refrigerator since it was working again! Then he still charged us $100, when he didn’t even go into our house! I have brought this up to our home warranty company as well, because we actually paid them a $125 deductible. So we’re now out $100 for absolutely no service. Home warranty won’t help, and I doubt sears will either. Sad to say that both places have most likely lost a customer.
