If I could give this review no stars I would. I called the technician because the refrigerator was leaking water. The technician came out and looked under refrigerator. He didn’t pull it out from wall to look at it from the back. He was there less than 1/2 hour and said he couldn’t find a leak or any sign of one. He charged me $119.00 and left. Within an hour the water was pouring from under the refrigerator. I called him back and got no answer so I left a message. He didn’t return my call. Called again the next day and left a message. No reply. Called back later and he answered. He told me he had no idea why the refrigerator was leaking because he didn’t find a leak while he was there. He basically said there was nothing he could do. I got another local repairman the next day and he found the problem within 10 minutes. It was a water valve inside the refrigerator that had to be accessed from the back. There was no way to find the problem without pulling the refrigerator out from the wall which this technician didn’t even do. I would NEVER recommend this company.

I am so sorry I ever called Sears to have washer repair completed. It took them forever to come do the repair and they were supposed to file the charges for the repair with the home warranty company. The repair man told me he called the home warranty company and they gave him permission to do the repair. However the repairman never called according to the home warranty company. Now Sears has sent the $422.19 bill to the collection bureau requesting their assistance in collecting the balance from me personally. I have tried every number that I could possibly find to contact a Sears representative that will talk to me. All I can get are recordings. I would never recommend Sears for any services. Thoroughly aggravated.

A repair technician came to my home today to repair my Frigidaire refrigerator. The technician was very rude and left my home without doing any repairs. I had waited for approximately 1 week or longer to receive service thru my home warranty company, 1st American Home Warranty. The Technician didn’t provide his name, however, I was able to find out his name from my home warranty company. I would never use this individual for anything in the future. Buyer Beware!!!

Horrible service. Barley said a word to me, pushes the spin button , then quotes me a price and leaves.
