service call
I was very pleased with the service provided by Zachary. I had an issue with the last technician who came to my home because the ice machine was not making full trays of ice & I wondered where the water was going. I am elderly and can not move the refrigerator. He did not seem qualified to do the job and did not see the half inch the crack in the hose when he serviced my refrigerator in February 2023 which then resulted in over $11,000 worth of water damage, mitigation and reconstruction from the damage to my oak floors, cabinets, and wall. I discovered the leak in August since water had finally began to appear forward of the lower freezer. I ordered a new ice maker, however the installation appointment had to be postponed until all of the damage to the floors and walls had been done, then after 2.5 hours on phone I finally was able to connect to Guest Services who quickly schedule the appointment I had today. Zach was kind and professional. I trusted his work.

Service
I was very pleased with Zachary. Zachary was very professional and knowledgeable. The only thing I would say to work on is giving a better time frame of when they will be there. 8-5 is too long.
