It was fast and the gentlemen was super friendly and very helpful. He even gave me some tips on how to keep my other appliances maintained better, easy things can do (like blowing out the junk under my fridge and then cleaning up behind it. When you don't have a dad nearby, stuff like that is super helpful!!

I was having trouble with my dishwasher. I know when Lewis shows up, I have nothing to worry about. Let's just say he knows his stuff. When he finds the trouble spot, he explains in layman's terms so you understand where to go next. My service was absolutely superb. Thank you Lewis!

Service alerts the day before by text, and able to reschedule by text as well. Service time alert the day of service and a phone call from Lewis Letting me know, he was on his way, Right on time! Lewis, was very professional, kind and knowledgeable! We so appreciated his help!
