Stopped and drove away: no service
Lewis stopped at my house, got out of his vehicle, got back in, and drove away. He provided no service, and the service I needed would not have been necessary if Lewis had not put the wrong piece on the door of my dishwasher. He ordered the wrong parts on his first visit, Charley had to order the correct parts, and when Lewis came to repair, he put a wrong color on the door. Now I'm stuck with a door that doesn't look as good as it did before the "service". The dishwasher works, but....is this the way service should be performed?

Customer service
Have not had a good experience. First technician was ok. Everything has been messed up since then. Expecting a replacement dishwasher today which I have already ordered and got a call from a technician that a repair had been scheduled for today. No word from anyone else today so your customer service does not exist. Been doing business with Sears since 1964. Very disappointed.

Freezer Ice Dispenser
Sears technicians have been out five times to repair the ice maker and ice dispenser on our refrigerator. The ice dispenser is working but the ice maker is still not working. The latest technician who was here today left without ensuring that the ice maker is working. This is very frustrating.

Still Waiting!
09/20/2023 ) 5:30PM Dear Sirs: I called for service on 08/11/2023. The repairman came on 08/17/2023 at 4:30PM. He ordered door seals. The repairman came on 08/29/2023 at 10:40AM, and installed the door seals. The leak was not fixed! He found a leak in the drain hose. He ordered a drain hose at that time. The repairman brought the drain hose with him on the 09/02/2023 - 7:30AM service call. The hose did not fix the leak! The repairman ordered another drain hose which came to him on 09/13/2023. The repairman installed that hose on the 09/16/2023 - 8:00AM service call. Now my working dishwasher, which only had a leak, will not even drain the water out of it. The repairman said he doesn't know what to do about it. He said to call or write you so that is what I am doing today. Yesterday, I had to get on my hands and knees with a cup & rag and empty my dishwasher of the rancid water that was left in it. I don't know how a working dishwasher with a leak progressed to a non draining dishwasher? WE HAVE NOW PASSED A MONTH SINCE I FIRST CALLED FOR SERVICE. Never saw them
After having A&E try to change our service date randomly and having it changed back to the original date we never saw our service tech. We were later told he showed up and said no one was home, we were home but never given notice they were on their way as they said they would. After saying we weren't home they closed our case number so we had to get it reopened so someone would come back. All to fix our ice maker which hadn't work since the first day.

Never came!
Ridiculous, noone came. I don't know if this is a game for you guys. But no one showing up to the appointment in me. Having to miss or get out of work early is not okay!
