Although the repair was completed, I was highly disappointed that the microwave was not reinstalled on the wall, like I was told would happen. When they came to initially fix it, they took it off of the wall, and I was told that they would put it back where it goes after they fixed it. This did not happen.

My appointment was for 823. They didn't show up until 930. Timing was off , lunhappy with scheduling had to wait two weeks to get my machine and parts.

My service person (Eric) was not friendly, he came off as being put out by having to come to my home to look at the appliance. He took longer to take a personal call than to assess my appliance. Overall he completed the job, just not very warm or happy to work.

Charlie is great - but this fridge is a lemon

Charlie has been working with us on our Whirlpool refrigerator since May. It keeps breaking down every couple of months. He is great to work with, I trust him, and makes the necessary repairs at the time. This time - he said he's never seen something like this… He replaced the control board today and it still isn't working/cooling. 6 hours later and it's still 80 degrees! How much more do we have to put up with before we can just get a replacement? This appliance is a lemon - We have wasted too much time (not to mention rotten food) on this appliance.

He didn't check everything, only wanted to talk about money upfront before even looking at washing machine. I used to think Sears was quality built machines, and certified technicians. I want my check back plus the service call amount! I got my washer back working myself!

Repair man came and replaced the part . When we asked for damage part he didn't give it to us. He took it with him. Last 2 times we had unplug and plug it back to start the washer not very happy.

Still not working

My experience was great with the technican however my unit is still having the same issue and the technican by his own ommission is not an a/c repair person.

6 Tech visits, 3 parts and Six weeks to fix

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company before in my life. It was a brand new washer and dryer tower. It took a total of three different techs over 6 visits to the house and 3 different parts to fix the problem. The duration of all of this lasted over a period of six weeks. Not to mention that basically every time that the techs would schedule with us they would never come out the day they stated. It was a complete nuisance as I continually had to take off work and be inside of the renters house. I would just stay away from GE products all together. I am grateful that the machine did eventually get fixed but it did end up costing me several hundreds of dollars due to missing work and traveling back and forth to the renters house. Not to mention 6 weeks of a brand new $1300 washer and dryer tower not working.

Terrible Service; Terrible Performance; Would Not Recommend

I called for service to have the noise in my dryer fixed. I was pushed by both the call agent and the technician to sign up for a warranty program which I denied both times. The technician then tried to convince my husband instead. I feel the service and part was higher priced but moved forward with the repair. This DID NOT fix the noise in the dryer. It is still happening. I called back to let them know. They were supposed to send a rep that day. I even had a text confirming this. However no rep showed up and no one contacted me. I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed. I do not recommend.
