Mason was on time, professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the needed parts ordered that day. When the parts came in the next week he showed up when he said he would and had my washing machine running in less than thirty minutes. I don't remember his assistant's name but they both did an excellent job.

Eric was honest. Sears home services tries using a sophisticated bait and switch. A required fee if you don't do the repair. The repair was priced it over $1,000. Ridiculous amount fraud will not be using Sears home services again

I would have given him 5 stars except he didn't do morning call like sears advertised. I waited all day till 4:37 when he came. Even if the call would tell me what number I am on his work sheet would have been appreciated.

The estimated arrival time kept changing throughout the day. Started at noon, and ended up being 5:30. The estimator could do a much better job, and it would make it quite a bit easier for those of us who can't just sit at home. Technician wasn't paying attention when they were driving in, and ran over limestone slabs for a sidewalk we were working on, and broke a few. Other than that, Eric was great again, as he has been to our house before. Very knowledgeable, and just as frustrated that the same part broke.

The dishwasher was repaired, but the replacement part does not match the dishwasher door. My dishwasher is not white. But the strip is. Would have a higher rating if matched. Can you fix? At no cost to me, of course. Lewis was fine; the part sent was wrong. Not sure who at fault for color.
