Mason was great , excellent customer service explained what was wrong best tech I have ever had , just Sears Warrenty is horrible we have been with out a refrigerator for weeks living out of coolers reschedule it made us wait more days then did not send us the 115.00 check to help us get a mini refrigerator and still nothing been done very in happy with seats but mason was great .

Marlon didn't leave till he knew washer was working properly. Seemed to be having issue but took the time to get it figured out. Very pleased have been able to start washing clothes one load done so far no issues..

Tech was very good about explaining everything that needed to be done to fix our A/C. What I didn't like was the parts we needed had to be ordered and would not be able to fix our A/C for over a week.
