Zachary overall was great! He got right to work when he got here and wasted no time. He was helpful in getting the area cleaned up when he was finished working. He was helpful is getting us product numbers, how/ where to order from and how often parts needed replaced.

He diagnosed the problem. While there were no parts involved in the visit, he was able to give us some hints as to how to alleviate the problem in the future. Very helpful.

Our technician, Charlie, was very good, and worked very efficiently. Sears, on the other hand, provides very bad service. Rather than dispatching our technician with a replacement icemaker on his first visit, that was not done! Instead, WE HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK for a replacement for our broken icemaker to be shipped to us. VERY POOR PLANNED on the part of Sears!

Once the technician got here everything went well. We were on the schedule for Wednesday then it got moved to Thursday and finally they showed up on Friday at 4:45. The technician was very nice and completed the repair in less than 30 minutes.
