Sears Home Service AWFUL

Minh's service was okay. Sears Home Service though overall is poor. Sears sent a technician Jan 21 to diagnose the problem. The technician ordered a new control board and said they would return Jan 29 to install. Jan 29 the technician does not show up. I call and am told it's been rescheduled for February 12 because another part had to be ordered but never did Sears notify me their was rescheduled. Feb 12 no technician arrives again. This time I use the email link to see why and the appointment has rescheduled again for February 19 yet not notification was sent of the change. February 19 Minh arrives to fix the washer and asks me what he needs to fix. Seriously?!?! He said he would replace the part sent. He did but the problem still exists.

My washer is still not repaired

The service man was very nice and friendly. He replaced the broken latch in the door and the door is working fine. However, he allegedly replaced the pump and shocks to repair the washer as it is leaving water in the tub after running a cycle and that did nothing to fix that problem. There was water in the drum after he left the house, which I did not notice until I went to wash a load. I was in the room while he worked on the washing machine and did see him replace the latch, but never saw that he moved the washer or removed any panels from it to replace the pump and shocks. He was only here for about 30 minutes during which time he ran the machine through a rinse cycle that takes approximately 20 minutes. Which means his work time was only 10 minutes or so. He told me it was fixed when he left. This is after waiting approximately two months to get the parts and the repairman out. Not pleased at all.

On the first service they broke something else. On the second service they couldn't fix it and tried to charge me for it. Then said they couldn't for it for 15 more days. This is crazy and we will see if I get a full refund for wasting all of my time waiting on someone to come break my machine. Oh and fun fact there is ZERO customer service. No one you can even contact to explain the situation. The "technician" can't even give out a phone number. I used Sears because it was quicker than my local place and now my machine is more screwed up. ZERO STARS

Bosch Dishwasher Repair

Technician left job unfinished. Appliance was not working when he left. I called him to tell him that the appliance was not working. He said he would return that weekend to finish the job. He never showed up and now will not take calls.

Tech didn't call until he got to my house. I work a real job and so does my wife. I asked him if he could wait a hour and he said no. I asked if he cud work on frig and I will be on my way. He said, needs payment first. Really need a time to meet.. Not all day, already didn't this and got burned several times while washing vacation for nothing.

Tech did not call ahead of time, so had to rush home from work to start. Arrived at home only for the tech to tell me he can't do anything because the previous tech didn't close the previous ticket and he didn't have any parts. I told him the ordered parts were already installed, but the machine is still having issues. Rather than try to diagnose the problem, he tells me he can't do anything because he has no parts and storms out of my house. Completely incompetent! This is probably the 12th appt since January trying to get this machine fixed!
