Problem was not fixed after being delayed two weeks due to "staffing problems." Sears has fallen very far from what the company once represented. Poor, poor, poor.

The company did not have a good way to address appliances that may be are not working at 100%. The company also wasn't equipped to access my dishwasher even though they had done it before.

Dishwasher repair

After 2 appointments my dishwasher should have been fixed. Today he said that he has to order more parts and won't let my neighbor be here for the next service instead of me. Now I have to postpone this whole process until I return in April due to winter obligations in AZ. AHS will probably charge me another $100 at that time! I am feeling ripped off. Sears Repair Service, get your act together.

Horrible

the tech replaces the component and turned the ice maker on WITHOUT putting the ice tray back in. Three hours later my fridge is full of water.

Only took pictures

All he did was take pictures to send to the home warranty company. He then told them that he couldn't diagnose why the oven caught on fire so they said that they won't cover it. You can't diagnose if you only take pictures.

The technician made us pay $16.04, even though we are covered by American Home Shield (AHS) and had already paid the AHS deductible. We explained that AHS was to pay all costs, but he still made us pay. We gave him $20 CASH to go away.

Broken washing machine

Paul only showed me how he could turn on the washer so he left but after he was gone I saw that the retaking ring that hold the rubber gasket in place was not reinstalled correctly so I called him and he returned to fix the problem. A\after he left I turned the washer on and attempted to do a load of wash. I could get the washer to start no matter what wash cycle IO choose. Again I called Paul again. This time he did not return my message to him right away. He did finally left a message to un plug the washer for about 39 minutes then plug it back in. He felt this might get the washer to reset but that didn't work. So I called him again and his next suggestion was to leave the washer unplugged off night. He said if this doesn't work then to recall Sears to report that the washer will not run and dispense water into the machine. At this time the washer is not running.. I want someone to come back out and finish the job.

Terrible

As a service member who left work to be there for my repair to be refused for the second time while the same water still sits in the dish washer waiting on those repairs I'm astonished at the lack of care or effort that was given. After the 3rd refusal to do repairs or give effort or care. I have taken further steps. Not happy with any of this. I have possible black mold that now has to be sitting with my family in the house waiting on a new technician to come look.
