The repairman was friendly. I would have appreciated a business card. He didn't tell me his name. He was quick with the install. He said I will receive a receipt from Sears so I will be watching for that via email or text. Thank you.

Minh did a good job. First day, in assessing what part was needed. Took about 5 minutes. Second day when part came in, took about 7 minutes to install and test part. Only problem was I had to wait around all day until after 5:00 till he arrived. Not his fault, but I was never realistically updated on when he would arrive. Wasted an entire day waiting. Good thing I'm retired and didn't have to take a full day off work for a 7 minute repair.

He did his job, but it would be nice to have someone that can speak English, he was very limited on what he said. Aldo believe you should take the old part away instead of me trashing it. I know this is not his fault but still don't understand why I had to go 22 days till a tech was rescheduled to fix it. Had the part 7 days before the technician was scheduled to come fix it.

I was not home so I do not know how the repair went my daughter in law was at the home. I just know the dishwasher is working now. I was told that the guy that was training just set at my dining room table and didn't do much. I don't know why you have this as Randy Cattrell since I called in Theresa Cattrell and Randy does not live in the house.

Bob was great to work with and definitely knew his way around my dryer. Unfortunately, my dryer worked for a couple of days, then started making the same noise it made when we set the original appointment. I'll be asking for him to come back.

Minh was great, gave good info and was professional. Only reason for the four stars is that it will cost more to fix the washer than to buy a new one. Will use A & E again for any appliance issue. Not their fault that Whirlpool washer died after only 2 1/2 years of use.

The ice issue seemed to resolve itself after 24 hours after replacing the filter. Tech explained to not have food in the ice overflow bin, which i have done the past 3 yrs without an issue. He reset my temps for me.

He was courteous and seemed to be meticulous with his work. However on the payment receipt,, he wrote that both the gasket and brackets were installed. In realty only the gasket was installed. The brackets are still enroute with UPS. My refrigerator still forms ice within the refrigerator and freezer.so the gasket obviously was not the problem.
