Roy was the best repairman! He communicated when he was coming, came on time. Explained what he was going to do. Did everything, cleaned up. Very courteous. Highly recommend him. This was warranty work.

If I had a choice, I would pick Wayne every time. Wayne has worked on our appliances in the past. Being home alone, I am not always comfortable having work done on our home. Wayne educates me on the appliances. He also makes me feel safe. He is a gem.
