Wayne came out to look at our oven, which was having some heating issues. He quickly remedied the situation, being both professional and friendly. Outstanding service!

After he left, the top of the dryer was not on all the way we went back out there to tell him it was not on he said, yeah I can’t get it on either, after I was looking, he didn’t put any of the screws back in that hold it on and he also left a mess everywhere on the floor. I will not be using them nor will I recommend Sears anymore.
