After he left, the top of the dryer was not on all the way we went back out there to tell him it was not on he said, yeah I can’t get it on either, after I was looking, he didn’t put any of the screws back in that hold it on and he also left a mess everywhere on the floor. I will not be using them nor will I recommend Sears anymore.

Seems like they could be trying to scam homeowners. When I called it was a call center and even though the washer I was trying to get fixed is a small stackable washer and dryer made for apartments I was told they wouldn’t service us because it was for a business. When I asked why if the unit is the same as for a residential. The man said he couldn’t tell me that information. Kinda sus.

Dryer was not fixed! It wasn't even plugged in and checked to see if it worked. Parts ordered were not listed on techs notes so I don't believe they were installed either
